We rent vehicles by the day/week or monthly. Contact Les Stumpf Ford to speak with a member of our team about the rental process.

What are my car and/or van rental insurance options?

We offer a Comprehensive/Collision Damage waiver. However, most renters have their own insurance that may cover them when renting a vehicle. If you have questions about rental car insurance at our WI Ford dealer, just speak with a member of our team.

Do I need to return my rental with a full tank of gas?

We hand you the keys to a rental vehicle with a full tank. You can return it at any fuel level. However, returning your rental with a full tank would be the cheapest option.

Rental days are based on a 24-hour timeframe from the time of the rental. Certain rentals we can offer up to an additional two-hour additional grace period, after that it would go into an additional daily rental charge.

What happens if there is a mechanical issue with my rental?

All of our vehicles are current model-year vehicles, so there is little chance of a breakdown or mechanical issue. However, we do carry Roadside Assistance for all of our rentals vehicles at no charge to you. It is available anywhere in the U.S.A. and Canada 24/7. Our Roadside Assistance offering covers flat tires, locked-in key service, jump-start service and more.

What happens if I'm in an accident in a car and/or van rental?

Just like when you are driving your own vehicle, you should obtain as much information as possible from any other vehicle involved in the accident.
