How Do I Sign Up for FordPass™?
Signing up for FordPass™ is easy. Simply download the FordPass™ App from the Apple® App Store or Google Play™ store, then create an account with a username and password. If you already have a Ford Owner Account, you can use your existing information to log in. To finish enrolling, enter a 4-digit PIN for added security -- iPhone users can use Touch ID as well. Lastly, add your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
How Do I Earn and Redeem My FordPass Rewards™ Points?
Looking for ways to save on Ford service? Enroll in FordPass Rewards™ and instantly start earning points toward complimentary maintenance and auto parts. When you buy or lease a new Ford, you can instantly earn up to 42,000 points. You can also get FordPass Rewards™ points whenever you visit us for service. Do I Have In-Car Wi-Fi®?
Staying connected while on the go is easy when you drive a newer Ford car, truck or SUV equipped with the SYNC®/FordPass Connect™ modem. This equipment creates a 4G LTE Wi-Fi® hotspot, granting you internet access for up to 10 compatible smart devices. To access in-car Wi-Fi®, you'll need to set up a contract with AT&T, the SYNC®/FordPass Connect™ network providers.
